Scope of Application The Terms and Conditions apply to users of the certigera.pt website and to any operation and transaction, of a commercial or other nature, carried out through it. Certigera reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice, with the user being subject to the terms in force on the date of consultation or use of the website, with the exception of acquired rights with regard to transactions already concluded and in progress. These changes will serve to improve the websites and, at the same time, the services offered to the user who, if they do not agree with the changes made, may cease to use them. Applicable Law These Terms and Conditions and all contracts entered into under them shall be governed by Portuguese law. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese court. Delivery Period Certigera undertakes to deliver the energy certificate within 72 hours of the visit, payment and delivery of the necessary documentation. Returns Policy Certigera undertakes to refund the full amount if it is not possible to carry out the visit on the date requested. Once the visit has taken place, Certigera undertakes to refund half of the amount paid if the calculation has not yet begun. The refund request should be made by e-mail to [email protected] and identifying the request number. Alternative Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute with our company, you can contact a consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body.
